painted canvas (has a reddish overall tint).
I very much enjoy exploring the use of non-traditional materials to make my art quilts. This is a continuation of my exploration of stream imagery, but using colors that aren't obviously related to water.
Originally I painted the canvas black. It is now more of a red, with streaks of accent colors, to relate to the quilt.
